Be Yourself

Do you know that trying to be who you are not is a waste of your true self? Here is one of the reasons: I like creating meaningful contents (inspired mostly by happenings around me)  most of which I write on paper. But I wasn't content with just putting those ideas on mere papers,  I wanted it to be out there and read by people.  So I opted to posting the bits on social media. I was enjoying it as most were yielding positive feedbacks.

Posting and receiving hundreds of comments in an hour was a major booster.

But Life happened at a point that recoiled me back to my shell and I lost interest in what used to interest me. 

I started loving the safe haven of quietness and not being in the known.

Gradually, the haven became a part of me, and it began to yield reasons why I should enjoy it.  My colleague , Ade, is very quiet, a content writer yet doesn't show her piece, perhaps I should be the same.

So I dwell on that lane for so long, till Ade started pushing her works online and when I asked why she suddenly became interested in showing off her works. She said "You have always inspired me. I want to start doing what you used to do". What a waste of my reasoning!  The person I was trying to be is also trying to be me. 

Moral of the story: Be yourself!

The Central Referee blew the final whistle, signaling the end of the match. Hisses and abuses, to the extent of curses, could be heard from rows of wooden benches facing the big screens as they stood up, one after the other . Disappointment could be easily read on their faces, as they walked out of the viewing centre . Are Leaders Born or Made?

The above is a major debate that has taken over several platforms with no final conclusion as to whether leaders are born or made. Many have argued that leadership qualities have been imbued in some humans right from birth and only manifest as they grow while others have argued that leadership qualities come out from attending several leadership programs and trainings.
