Dealing with a Difficult Colleague
Dealing with a tough colleague can be so difficult. It is quite understandable but nonetheless, it is pertinent that one handles every resultant situation(s) with care and wisdom. I remembered my first few months in a particular organisation I once worked. There was an official car assigned to convey staff from a specific place to the office and as at that time, the four of us were on the same level except for one, the tough superior officer. He would come behind schedule keeping everyone of us waiting and then appeared without a word of apology which seems like the polite thing to do. He would sometimes chat up his long-time friend who lives around where we converged while we all waited in the car praying and angrily wishing that his friend would dismiss the early morning gist between them in order for us to embark on our journey.
