Life AFter NYSC.....What Next?

Congratulations to the corp members who passed out of the National Youths Service Corp. For the britikos and dem other oyibos who do not know what NYSC is all about,  It is a compulsory one year service for all graduates of polytechnics and universities in the country, primarily to foster unity amongst all tribes in the country.

If some had a chance, they would have gladly skipped the program and moved on to the next chapter of their life while Some are still grateful for their service year and the tremendous impact it had on them.

So, having sacrificed one’s time to be involved in this program of which you had no choice, the big question that stays glued to one’s heart is “What Next after NYSC?”

Remember allowee don finish and God don catch you because there will be no more endless insults during NYSC delay in paying allowee.

Most people have often times tried to avoid that big question during service and it was common to see corp members swiftly admit leaving everything to God. "I leave everything to God jare, however it turns out. man Pikin no fit die ontop tomorrow." O_O

Are you also part of those who resign to fate as mentioned in the paragraph above? or are you planning to sit at home, waiting for an appointment letter to miraculously drop in your mailbox? Abeg leave that for the genius in the chosen field.

Or you are part of those who had plans to settle down and get married, abi wetin con remain after NYSC? Na to just grab your hubby and settle sharpaly. I wish you a happy married life in advance.

perhaps you want to further your education since b.sc don turn pure water now and the only thing to differentiate one from another is the grade point. Goodluck! That’s a nice one.

Some are still waiting for their two hundred thousand naira job ontop say if I no see any job wey suit me, I no dey do. Issorais, the Lord will one day heal you.

(You better leave yeye standard for Mr and Mrs "formation".)

Another catgeory of corpers just want to start a business and needed huge capital to embark on their viable business idea. Issorais, sha kindly cut down the cost and start with the little you have. Otherwise una go  just wait for long.

To some, no clue! Maybe you should apply for internship programs and consider writing professional exams related to your chosen career path, abi all your allowee don go with NYSC ni? Sha goan groom yourself and make yourself a product. You know how the country be now.

And if you have tried so tey this country matter sef don tire you, abeg no go kill yourself o.  Don’t give up, keep pushing it and keep praying and committing everything into God’s hand, one day, God will multiply your little and make it big.

However e go be, I wish you all God’s favour in your respective plan but don’t go about shouting God’s favour upandown with empty hands and slothful mind. God will only bless the work of your hands when he sees the work in it? Go and do something, even if it is little and God will bless you tremendously.

I pray the country will be better and conducive enough to benefit us all. Amen.

Any comment dearies?
